Shipping & Returns
Regular Door to Door Delivery is considered Curbside Delivery which is Free. Once the freight company generates the tracking number on your shipment we will email you that number so you can track your shipment. Shipping is normally 7 to 15 business days after the order is placed Monday through Friday. Once your shipment is at the local terminal, the shipping company will call to set an appointment to drop the product off.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is where they set up your Adjustable Beds and or Mattresses. White glove delivery will normally extend the shipping time by an extra week or two verses curbside delivery, but in many cases it is just a few extra days. Please allow 14 to 24 days for white glove delivery. There will be a tracking number sent to the email on file as soon as it it generated. The shipment will go to two companies. The freight company will drop it off that the local white glove company. The white glove company will call to set up the delivery and setup appointment.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 702-956-2168 to answer any questions you may have about the return and shipping policy. We would love to help you feel more comfortable with your purchase. If anything is damaged at the time of delivery due to shipping or anything defective, the manufacture will send you a new one or fix the existing one if the issue is small. It has to be noted at the time of delivery. We do not accept returns. We want the process to be easy, and we want you to be confidence you will receive a great product.
Accessories, comforters, sheets, pillows and mattress protectors cannot be returned,
